From this trip to London, I am hoping to get out of my comfort zone. This trip will really push me to try so many new things that I normally would say no to because it isn't something that I am comfortable with.

I also am expecting to learn about the cultural differences that I may not even be aware of! I think that talking to the students of Birmingham University will give me some knowledge on how health cultures are different. This information will be especially useful to bring back home for the clinic setting. I may discover new ways to communicate health needs with someone who has a different background than me!
