Journal Question: What did you enjoy most about today?

Today was an eventful day, we did two things as a group today. Unlike most of my classmates *from what I believe) my favorite part of the day was the Wellcome Collection.

While the Wellcome Collection had many exhibits closed the ones that were open were very interesting. The first thing I saw was a sculpture of the anatomy of the human which was clear so that we could see the organs and vessels inside with different buttons that correspond to a different organ and when pressed that organ would light up. I was very surprised by how interactive it was. 

I also thought that the section that has aspects of pharmacology was interesting. My mom is a pharmacy tech so I was really fascinated by the way that their pharmacy things are done compared to how my mom has talked about how things are done back home. Plus, I was able to send my mom some pictures and look at her replies which was very cool because she asked more questions about the item was, so I had her interest as well as my own.

I am not typically one to like museums so I was really surprised by how much I enjoyed the Wellcome Collection. I'm excited to see if I have the same feelings about the museums we are viewing tomorrow.
